Property Management   

Lycian Coast Homes are proud to offer a professional and competitive Property Management service. We believe that your holiday home in Turkey is an important investment and therefore it is vital that your investment is managed prudently.

We are committed to providing excellent customer service and always work to the highest of standards so that you can be assured of peace of mind whilst you are away from your property. One of the main obstacles to overcome can be the lack of linguistic skills necessary to locate assistance, negotiate fees and then see the job through to completion. We would be delighted to assist you in any way that you require due to our combination of Turkish and English staff residing locally.

As with our Lettings Services we like to tailor our packages to suit your requirements, therefore we offer both a standard and a premium service. These packages are provided on an annual service but can be tailored to seasonal if preferred.

STANDARD SERVICE

  1. Four visits per month during the season May - October
  2. Two visit per month out of the season November - April
  3. Act as your official key holder
  4. Check all contents against inventory
  5. Perform a visual inspection of the exterior
  6. Perform a visual inspection of the interior
  7. Air all of the rooms prior to occupancy of the dwelling
  8. Check for pest & vermin and recommend remedial action
  9. Test all appliances & electrical equipment
  10. Examine all furniture & furnishings for wear & tear

  11. Check all sanitary equipment & plumbing
  12. Ensure all security services are functional
  13. Water all house & terrace plants daily
  14. Swimming Pool maintenance to include pumps and filters
  15. Publish a monthly owners report detailing the status of your property along with any recommendations

PREMIUM SERVICE

In addition to all the services listed in the standard package we also offer our
Premium package customers the following services:-

  1. Grocery Packs delivered prior to occupancy
  2. Twice weekly Maid Service
  3. Freshly laundered linen and towels
  4. Meet & Greet Service
  5. Departure Visit
  6. Mail collection & forwarding service
  7. 24 Hour emergency cover for any incidences arising due to plumbing, gas, electrical, glass, flooding or security.
